There are two rock spawns per day: One in Trammel and one in Felucca. Both of the spawns are at the same location, and are simply just on different facets. The spawning location is outside the city of Papua, to the west bear terathan keep. The Coordinates are 0o 15'S 29o 52'W.

Immediately at Server Up, a rock will spawn on the ground in the picture below. The exact location for the rock spawn can vary a few tiles from shard to shard and can be picked up by anyone. There is no need for a thief, nor is there any need any special skills. Simply be the first person up and logged in, and grab the item off the ground as quick as you can.
