UORares .::. Holiday 2001

This year's gifts are strikingly similar to last year's. For the second year in a row snow globes were given out, except this time they were based on places in ishalnar and shrines instead of cities. The only new item was colored statues. When picked you would get a statue named for a UO fictional character. There was also an expansion on last year's idea of "rare" gifts. There were named statues and types which were much rarer to get from your prize ticket.

Holiday Prize Ticket		10,000 Gold Once again the prize ticket was one of four possible colors and you simply had to double-click it for your gift.
Deed for a Holiday Tree (Blessed)		10,000-30,000 Gold The value of a holiday tree deed peaks before holiday gifts are given out.
Pile of Snow (Blessed)		10,000-30,000 Gold This item has been given out every year since it made it's debut in 1999. It is very popular during the holidays, especially at banks where players like to find people to throw snow at each other. Like the christmas tree it rises in value right before the holidays.
