The Zyronic Claw is a spawn in doom and the location in which I think it spawns can be seen below. It has a rarity of ten and spawns approximately every 30 days. The Coordinates are: 136o 34'N 74o 52'W (X: 258Y: 70).

You need at least 100 stealing before you can even attempt to steal a rare in doom. But if you only have 100 it could literally take hundreds of tries until you are successful. You should have at least 110 stealing (115 is recommended) before attempting to hunt doom rares professionaly.
